How do I know if the item is in stock?
When indicated "SHIPPING UNDER 1 DAY" this means that the item is in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours.
If it says "SHIPPING IN 2 DAYS" YOU MORE, when will my order be sent?
This means that either the item is not in stock or asks for 1 or more days of preparation. The number of days indicated corresponds to the approximate information provided by the manufacturers. Sometimes this time is not always accurate because we do not master the said manufacturers.
How long to be delivered?
The delivery time does not depend on us but on the method of delivery you have chosen. This varies from 1-2 days (Chronopost) to D + 3-7 by Post affice after being taken over by the carrier. Any order in stock before 9AM is normally shipped the same day. After 8.30 AM it will be shipped the next day. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday except days off and holidays. For Chronopost shipments it's the same thing. Attention for shipments in Chronopost no delivery on Saturday so check this especially with holidays.
Do I have to insure my package?
It is strongly recommended to insure your parcel in order to be reimbursed or to have the material reshipped as soon as possible. Otherwise you will have to wait for the result of the survey which can take 1 to 2 months to find out if you are eligible or not.
What should I do if I one item is missing when I receive my order?
You contact us immediately by indicating your name and the order number, after checking we send you the missing item right away.
The helmet I received is not at my size.
1 ° I ordered a helmet IN STOCK but the size I had ordered does not fit me.
You must contact us immediately indicating your name and the number of the order. You return the helmet with a copy of the order, the desired size and color in replacement. The cost of this exchange is 20 euros for the insured return shipping and treatment.
2 ° I ordered a helmet NOT IN STOCK but the size I ordered does not fit me.
No refund or exchange is possible for custom orders except in exceptional cases such as popular size and color. It is possible to change the internal liner (except on the G3) so that the helmet is adapted to your size, contact us.
The jumpsuit I received is not at my size.
1 ° I ordered a jumpsuit in STANDARD SIZE but the size I ordered does not fit me.
You will contact us immediately indicating your name and the number of the order. Exchange is possible.
2 ° I ordered a CUSTOM jumpsuit with personal measurements but the size I ordered does not fit me.
No rework is possible for custom jumpsuit.
My altimeter or my audible isn't working anymore.
You contact us and send it directly to the manufacturer for upgrade or exchange.
I made a mistake in my order
You send the item back to us. On receipt we credits your account on the website or we refund you less the original shipping costs.
This applies only to items in stock and exchangeable.
I am not satisfied and I want to be refunded
You send the article back to us. On receipt we credits your account on the website or we refund you less the original shipping costs.
This doesn't apply to all customized and non-stocked items.
