All your packages are shipped within 24 hours from Monday at 8:00 AM to Thursday at 12:00 PM (Paris time).

Average delivery times are specified for items available at the time of the order. For items that are not available or made to order, the delivery time is indicated on the product page.

Colissimo Home Delivery with Signature Delivery to your doorstep with a signature required, averaging 48 hours, throughout Metropolitan France, Monaco, and Andorra. This shipping method is recommended for bulky items and those of high value.

Colissimo Pickup Point Delivery in an average of 48 hours at one of the 19,000 pickup points in Metropolitan France and Corsica.

Returns Policy

If you decide to return items, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by sending an email to basik.fr@orange.fr, including your order number.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. During this period, you can try the product and inspect it as you would in a physical store. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it and must not be damaged in any way. You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging unless it is sealed.

Processing Your Return

After receiving your return package, we will inspect the returned items and begin processing your refund. The money will be refunded using the original payment method (used during the purchase), unless you prefer otherwise. The refund will be processed as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  1. Services that have been started with the buyer's consent.
  2. Custom-made products based on the buyer's specifications.
  3. Perishable or limited shelf-life products.
  4. Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons.
  5. Products delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
